At COREhub we take abuse of domain names seriously. Abuse includes violations of applicable Law, distribution of spam and malware, infringement of intellectual property, or any violation of our Registration Agreement.

Report Abuse

From any affected party other than a Spanish public authority, reports of abuse involving domain names registered through COREhub (including reports of illegal activity) must be sent to:

If the report of illegal activity has been sent by email (to the above address) and COREhub has not acknowledged receipt within the first 12 hours after it has been sent, we kindly ask that you call the Dedicated Point of Contact Telephone Number to confirm that the report has been correctly received by COREhub.

COREhub may request proof that the report of abuse originates from the claimed public authority.

COREhub Procedures

COREhub will acknowledge receipt of all abuse reports received through the above channels. It is COREhub’s commitment to take reasonable and prompt steps to review, investigate and respond appropriately to any reports of abuse, as long as they are minimally founded. COREhub will normally respond via email to the same email address from which the report of abuse has been sent. Well-founded reports of illegal activity received to this address will be reviewed within 24 hours.
